- Abstract
- Introduction: Iliac dysfunction is multifactorial, and it is believed that it may cause significant changes directly in the footstep, weight distribution between one limb and the other and vary the center of gravity. Objectives: To compare and certify that there are changes in the footstep after the treatment of iliac dysfunction through the tread platform. Methods: A randomized clinical trial (Simple CIEG) on 10 people of both sexes between “AGE”. The Optopometric data was recorded before and after the treatment of iliac using Mitchell’s techniques. Results: Significant changes were observed in the tread platform on each and every one of the patients who were treated using Mitchell’s techniques. Conclusions: Mitchell’s techniques on iliac bring over significant changes in the supports as well as the percentage of weight distribution on both limbs and their center of gravity.

- Introducción: La disfunción en los iliacos es de naturaleza multifactorial, y se cree que puede provocar cambios de forma directa en la pisada, en los repartos de peso entre una extremidad y la otra y variar el centro de gravedad. Objetivos: Comparar y certificar que hay cambios en la pisada tras el tratamiento de disfunción en iliaco a través de la plataforma de pisada. Metodología: Ensayo clínico aleatorio (Simple cieg) La muestra fue de 10 personas de los dos sexos entre 27 y 41 años. Se registraron los datos optopométricos antes y después de realizar el tratamiento en iliaco con técnicas de Mitchell. Resultados: Se observaron cambios relevantes en la plataforma de pisada en todos y cada uno de los pacientes que fueron tratados con técnicas de Mitchell. Conclusiones: Las técnicas de Mitchell sobre iliacos provocan cambios significativos en los apoyos en la pisada así como en el porcentaje del peso entre las dos extremidades y el centro de gravedad.
